We offer a variety of fulfillment options to suit your needs. Shipping times vary based on stock availability, but standard in-stock items typically ship within 7 to 10 business days.

Free Standard Curbside Shipping

• Available on most online orders over $150 within the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).

• Exclusions from Free Shipping: Home gyms, replacement parts, dumbbells, free weights, commercial cardio or strength products, billiards, grills, smokers, and out of box floor models.

Delivery Methods & Pricing

• In-Store (In-Box) Pickup (FREE): Shipped to your local Awaken Active showroom. Item remains in box and does not include assembly.

• Standard Curbside Delivery (FREE on orders over $150): Delivered to the curb at the end of your driveway. Does not include unboxing, assembly, or debris removal.

• Threshold Delivery ($149.00): Delivered just inside the first dry area of your property (front door, garage, or apartment lobby) to protect from elements.

• White Glove Delivery & Installation ($249.00 to $549.00, varies by product): Delivered to the room of your choice, fully assembled by professional technicians, and all packaging materials are hauled away.

• Accessory Shipping ($9.95): Flat rate ground shipping for smaller accessory items to your front door or lobby.
