Merchandise Return Policy

We want you to love your Awaken Active equipment. If you need to make a return, please review our guidelines below based on the condition of your item and the timeframe since you took possession.

Returns Within 14 Days (Unopened Items)

Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of possession (delivery or pickup), provided the product is completely unopened and in its original packaging.

Requirements: Products must include all original paperwork, manuals, and accessories.

Exclusions: No returns will be accepted after 14 days from the date of possession.

Returns for Built or Open-Box Items

If your equipment has been assembled, opened, or taken out of its original packaging, the following restocking fees apply:

Days 1 to 7 of Possession: Eligible for return subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Days 8 to 14 of Possession: Eligible for return subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Requirements: Products must include all original paperwork, manuals, and accessories to be eligible for a refund.

Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and not eligible for refunds or exchanges:

All free weight products (including dumbbells, adjustable dumbbells, bars, weight plates, and free weight benches).

All accessories.

Special order products.

Delivery, shipping, and installation fees are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

Floor Models & Used Equipment

All floor models, pre-built floor samples, or used equipment purchases will incur a 35% restocking fee and are only eligible for return up to 14 days from the date of possession.

Refund Processing

Method of Payment: All refunds will be processed using the exact same method of payment used for the original purchase.

Cash Purchases: For security purposes, purchases made in cash will be refunded via corporate check mailed to the customer.

Processing Time: Refunds will be initiated only after Awaken Active has received the product back at our facility and a thorough inspection is completed.

Bank Charges: Awaken Active is not responsible for any independent bank or credit card processing fees you may incur during the refund process.
