Price Match Policy

How It Works

We are committed to offering the best value on premium fitness equipment. If you find an identical item at a lower price from an authorized competitor, we will match it.

To request a price match, contact us via email at info@awakenactive.com or through our online chat. Provide our team with the competitor’s direct product link or URL. Once verified, we will adjust the price and assist you with your purchase.

All price match requests are subject to verification and the terms and exclusions detailed below.

Policy Terms

Product Verification: The competitor’s product must be identical to ours. This means it must share the exact same brand, model number, packaging, and quantity.

Stock & Availability: The item must currently be in stock and available for immediate shipment by both Awaken Active and the competitor at the time of the request.

Authorized Distributors: Price matching applies exclusively to advertised online prices from verified, authorized distributors of the brand. We do not match unauthorized dealers.

Public Pricing: The competitor's price must be listed, valid, and publicly viewable at the time of verification. We only match pre-tax retail pricing.

Exclusivity: A price-matched item cannot be combined with any other Awaken Active promotions, coupon codes, offers, or discounts.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to change or discontinue our Price Match Guarantee at any time without prior notice. Any eligible requests made prior to a policy change will be honored.

Policy Exclusions

The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to:

Products shipped from or sold by unauthorized third-party marketplace sellers, auction websites, or wholesale liquidators.

Clearance, closeout, liquidations, floor models, open-box, or used equipment.

Previous purchases made through Awaken Active.
